Mexican Layered Dip
- 220g tub PHILADELPHIA Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
- 35g packet taco seasoning
- 1-2 tablespoon milk
- 230g packet corn chips
- 1 large ripe avocado, stones removed, peeled and diced
- 1 large ripe tomato, chopped
- 2 spring onions, sliced diagonally
- Combine Philly*, taco seasoning and milk in a bowl until smooth.
- Arrange corn chips in a large serving bowl.
- Top with cream cheese mixture, avocado, tomato and spring onions.
- Serve.
