Grilled Tilapia with Chimichurri Mayo

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Blend first 6 ingredients in blender until blended.
  3. Reserve half the mayo mixture; brush both sides of fish with remaining mayo mixture.
  4. Grill 3 min.
  5. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Serve with reserved mayo mixture.
