Sweet Hickory Roasted Potato Salad

  1. Toss potatoes and seasoning; place on sheet pans.
  2. Bake in 375F-convection oven 20 to 30 min.
  3. or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Combine mayonnaise, dressing and barbecue sauce.
  6. Add to cooled potatoes with pepperoni and dill; toss well.
