Soy Milk Sesame Pudding
- 150 ml Soy Milk (or milk)
- 1 tbsp Sesame paste
- 10 grams Sugar
- 3 grams Gelatin
- 1 tbsp Water
- Soak the gelatin in water.
- Add the soy milk, sesame paste, and sugar in a pan or a pot.
- Turn on the heat, and stir well.
- Remove Step 2 from the heat.
- Microwave Step 1 for about 10 seconds until the gelatin is dissolved.
- Pour it into Step 2 and mix well.
- Pour into molds while straining in a tea strainer.
- When it's cooled, chill in the fridge for 2 hours, and it's done.
- *You can also freeze for 30 minutes to harden, then eat it.
- If you are not planning to eat it right away, store in the fridge.
