Soy Milk Sesame Pudding

  1. Soak the gelatin in water.
  2. Add the soy milk, sesame paste, and sugar in a pan or a pot.
  3. Turn on the heat, and stir well.
  4. Remove Step 2 from the heat.
  5. Microwave Step 1 for about 10 seconds until the gelatin is dissolved.
  6. Pour it into Step 2 and mix well.
  7. Pour into molds while straining in a tea strainer.
  8. When it's cooled, chill in the fridge for 2 hours, and it's done.
  9. *You can also freeze for 30 minutes to harden, then eat it.
  10. If you are not planning to eat it right away, store in the fridge.
