Coconut-Orange-Pineapple Ice Cream Pie

  1. Put the Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping into a bowl.
  2. Fold in extract and food coloring.
  3. Do not beat.
  4. You do not want to deflate the whipped topping.
  5. Fold until well blended.
  6. Fold in coconut and pineapple.
  7. Pour into pie shell and freeze.
