Summer Sausage Pasta

  1. In a med high skilet brown the sausage and onion, lightly in the oil
  2. Add the garlic and stir around until fragrant about 3 min.
  3. Add the uncooked penne to the skillet
  4. Then add the tomatoes, broth, and heavy cream.
  5. Bring to a boil then reduce to med low and cover and let cook until tender about 20min.
  6. Add half the cheese to the dish and stir, then place the remainder on the top and let get melted.
  7. Enjoy!
  8. This was a recipe I tried on Pinterest and wanted to share because it is so good and a man pleaser.
