Polenta Pasticciata

  1. Butter a terrine and make a layer of polenta on the bottom.
  2. cover this with a layer of bechamel, some crumbled gorgonzola and some chopped pancetta.
  3. Keep on layering, ending up with bacon pieces on top.
  4. Add the Grana Padano, chopped sage leaf and pepper on top and bake at 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.
  5. *I grill it for a few more minutes because I like it rather browned.
