Easy Quiche Crust

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the dough comes together.
  3. Gather together between waxed paper and roll out as needed.
  4. Let sit for 15 minutes to relax.
  5. Place into a 9 inch pie pan or tart shells.
  6. Prick and blind bake for 15 minutes at 400F (200C).
  7. (Reduce time if using mini-quiche tart pans).
  8. Fill with your favorite quiche filling and bake according to your recipe.
