Easy Quiche Crust
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons milk cold
- 1 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Add all ingredients into a food processor.
- Pulse until the dough comes together.
- Gather together between waxed paper and roll out as needed.
- Let sit for 15 minutes to relax.
- Place into a 9 inch pie pan or tart shells.
- Prick and blind bake for 15 minutes at 400F (200C).
- (Reduce time if using mini-quiche tart pans).
- Fill with your favorite quiche filling and bake according to your recipe.
