Moi's Peach Cobbler

  1. Spray a 2 quart Pyrex bowl with Pam.
  2. Lay one pie crust in bottom of bowl.
  3. Put peaches in a 3 quart pan.
  4. Barely cover with water and 1 cup sugar.
  5. Cook for a short time until sugar dissolves.
  6. Pour into bowl and cover with the second pie crust.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Poke a few holes in top of crust for steam to escape.
  9. Bake at 350 about 1 hour or until the top is brown.
