Cheesy Potato Casserole

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain and cool.
  2. Peel and cut into 1/4" slices; set aside.
  3. Combine 1/4 cup butter and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Gently stir in potatoes and cheese.
  5. Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle over potato mixture with buttered breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake, uncovered for 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
