Smooth Mocha Granita
- 3 cups water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 70% cacao chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups brewed strong GEVALIA Kaffe
- Bring water and sugar to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.
- Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate.
- Beat with whisk until melted.
- Stir in coffee.
- Pour into bowl.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Pour into ice cream or sorbet maker.
- Freeze following manufacturer's directions.
