Chicken Cornbread Dressing Recipe
- 8x8" pan of cornbread
- Chicken broth
- Can chicken soup
- Cut-up chicken pcs
- Sm. onion, finely minced
- 2 Large eggs, broiled
- Healthy pinch or possibly two of sage
- Soak crumbled up cornbread in broth and soup for about 10 min.
- When liquid is absorbed, add in chicken and onions along with Large eggs and sage.
- Mix well.
- Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for approximately 45 min or possibly till lightly browned.
