Big plate chicken mince

  1. Dice Potatoes into 1cm cubes, rough chop spring onion and dry chillies.
  2. Heat oil in the wok.
  3. Melt 2 Table spoons of sugar, until browned.
  4. Stir Fry chicken mince with melted sugar until cooked.
  5. Add All the spices, stir further 5min.
  6. Add Dark soy sauce for color and light soy sauce for flavor.
  7. Add Diced potatoes and a cup of water, mix well.
  8. Cover Lid simmer until potatoes are soft.
  9. Open Lid until water almost cooked off.
  10. Serve With steamed rice.
