Fish Fillets Au Ray
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 14 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon onion salt
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs fish fillets or 4 pan sized trout
- frank's hot sauce (to taste)
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- In small bowl,combine all ingredients except fish.
- Place fish separately on greased aluminum foil.
- Spoon crumb mixture over fish.
- Seal and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or till flakey.Serve with Corn Bread and pass the hot sauce.
