Drinkable Tofu & Corn Potage
- 400 ml Onion soup stock
- 200 grams Silken tofu
- 200 grams Corn (kernels)
- 1 Salt
- Add the corn and tofu to the onion soup stock, gently warm it, and blend it until smooth.
- Season with salt to finish.
- I added some baked and shredded lightly-salted salmon and more corn kernels and made a doria.
