Sweet and Sour Chicken

  1. Mix cornstarch and broth.
  2. Heat oil in skillet.
  3. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add broth mixture, pineapple, sugar, vinegar and pepper.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
  7. Cover.
  8. Cook over low heat 5 min.
  9. or until done.
  10. Serve over rice.
