Sweet and Sour Chicken
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 4 cooked rice
- Mix cornstarch and broth.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add chicken and stir-fry until browned.
- Add broth mixture, pineapple, sugar, vinegar and pepper.
- Heat to a boil.
- Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
- Cover.
- Cook over low heat 5 min.
- or until done.
- Serve over rice.
