Shiso-Cheese Swirls
- 1 leaf Shiso leaf
- 2/3 slice Sliced cheese
- Wash the shiso leaf, cut off the stem and cut in half lengthwise.
- Put a slice of cheese on the back of a halved shiso leaf.
- Roll up and cut into half.
- Secure with a toothpick or pick, or just leave as-is.
