Shiso-Cheese Swirls

  1. Wash the shiso leaf, cut off the stem and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Put a slice of cheese on the back of a halved shiso leaf.
  3. Roll up and cut into half.
  4. Secure with a toothpick or pick, or just leave as-is.
