Chicken Casserole
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 c. cooked, chicken breasts
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped up in tiny pieces
- 1 small onion (small pieces)
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 small bags slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 bag potato chips
- Mix soups, mayonnaise and water in a bowl.
- Add green pepper, onion, almonds and celery.
- Mix well.
- Cut chicken breasts into small pieces and add to mixture.
- Mash hard-boiled eggs up and add this to mixture.
- Mix well and put into large casserole dish. Crush potato chips in bag and add these to the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350u0b0.
