Diabetic's Chocolate Caramels Recipe

  1. Boil till mix forms a soft ball in cool water.
  2. Add in lump of butter.
  3. Turn off fire and add in a tiny healthy pinch of soda and beat well till thick.
  4. Add in nutmeats.
  5. Spread on buttered plate.
  6. Cold in refrigerator.
  7. Break into small pcs.
  8. Keeps best in refrigerator.
