Turkey Meatballs With Tomato Basil Sauce
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 34 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 egg whites
- 12 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 cup white wine
- 2 cups tomato basil spaghetti sauce
- Combine turkey, bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, herbs and pepper.
- Slowly add wine.
- Shape into 16 meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 until meatballs are firm, about 15 minutes.
- Serve topped with hot spaghetti sauce.
