Chicken cor don bleu
- 1 can cream of chicken ( low sodium)
- 1 box stove top chicken stuffing ( low sodium)
- 1/2 lb deli sliced ham
- 6 slice swiss cheese ( best if its on the thinner side)
- 1 packages chicken breast tenders ( boneless and skinless)
- preheat oven for 375
- use a casserole dish, medium size works great
- use a cooking spray and spray your dish, than arrange the pieces of chicken in a single layer on the bottem of the dish.
- than take your sliced ham and layer that on top of the chicken, and than do the exact same thing with the sliced swiss cheese.
- now just pour the cream of chicken on top of the cheese, ( pour straight from the can)
- now just put the uncooked stuffing over the top of the soup, take tin foil spray it with cooking spray and cover the dish with it, and put it in the oven for about 40 mins or until no longer pink or internal temp of the chicken is 170
