Egg Salad with Bacon and Chives
- 12 whole eggs
- 1/4 cup chives, sliced
- 10 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup mayo
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. cider vinagar
- Hard boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool; peel and chop.
- Mix with the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and chill before serving.
