Breakfast Pita Pockets
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 4 cups chopped deli ham
- 1 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 80 each eggs
- 40 whole wheat pita breads (6 inch)
- 40 Kraft Darifarm Plus Slices
- Cut pit breads in half and open into pockets.
- MELT margarine on flat grill (or use 6-inch skillet for trial recipe).
- ADD ham and onions; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add eggs; cook and stir until scrambled.
- Fill each pita half with 1/2 cup of the egg mixture and top each with 1 cheese slice.
