Breakfast Pita Pockets

  1. Cut pit breads in half and open into pockets.
  2. MELT margarine on flat grill (or use 6-inch skillet for trial recipe).
  3. ADD ham and onions; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add eggs; cook and stir until scrambled.
  5. Fill each pita half with 1/2 cup of the egg mixture and top each with 1 cheese slice.
