Korean Chicken Wings
- 5 lbs chicken wings
- 1 -2 cup flour
- oil (for frying)
- 12 cup mild soy sauce (don't use Kikkoman, it will be too salty!)
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 3 stalks green onions, minced
- 1 hot chili pepper, crushed
- Heat oil for deep frying, usually 375F.
- Mix together sauce ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
- Roll wings in flour and deep fry.
- When golden brown, remove from oil and immediately dip in sauce.
- Lift out right away, don't soak it!
