Korean Chicken Wings

  1. Heat oil for deep frying, usually 375F.
  2. Mix together sauce ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Roll wings in flour and deep fry.
  4. When golden brown, remove from oil and immediately dip in sauce.
  5. Lift out right away, don't soak it!
