Crispy Topped Vegetable Bake
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 2/3 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cook vegetables in boiling water in medium saucepan 3 min.
- ; drain well.
- Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Whisk Miracle Whip and flour in same saucepan until blended.
- Gradually stir in milk; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until sauce comes to boil and thickens, stirring constantly.
- Pour over vegetables; top with cheese.
- Prepare stuffing as directed on package; spoon over vegetable mixture.
