Pistachio Pound Cake

  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients together until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Pour half of the batter into a greased 13/9 inch pan.
  5. Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture over the top of the batter in the pan.
  6. Pour remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the sugar mixture on top.
  7. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Then turn down oven to 350 and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
