Soy Ginger Chicken
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 5 clove garlic; minced
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger OR 2 tablespoons of grated Fresh
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Prepare your meat, accordingly.
- Trim fat, cut smaller or however.
- Place in bag and put aside.
- Whisk all marinade/ sauce ingredients together in a measuring cup.
- Pour into bag of chicken and marinade for 30 minutes.
- This recipe calls for using the skillet.

- I have to cook fast, and I use the stove top very often..
- Preheat your skillet on med high heat, sprinkle few Tsp of olive oil.. Once heated, place marinaded chicken on and cook evenly on both sides for about 6-9 minutes(each side).
- I say this because chicken breasts are uneven and some cuts have thicker meat.
- As you're cooking last side of chicken, toss remaining sauce onto skillet, let it cook with chicken and it will thicken and you use as the sauce..
