Pizza Eggs Recipe

• 1/2 c. pizza sauce
• 2 English muffins, split
• Butter
• 4 fried Large eggs
• 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

1. In a small saucepan, cook sauce over low heat till warm.
2. Toast muffins.
3. Spread with butter.
4. Place egg (fried hard) on each muffin half.
5. Spoon 2 Tbsp.
6. warm pizza sauce over egg.
7. Sprinkle with cheese.
