Cowboy Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 Tablespoons Lawhorn's Seasoning
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 4 whole Hamburger Buns
- 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 carton (5 To 8 Oz. Size) Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 container (2.8 Oz. Size) French Fried Onions
- BBQ Sauce, To Taste
- Mix the ground and Lawhorns Seasoning.
- Form patties and throw them on a preheated grill.
- When they are about halfway done cooking on the grill, put slices of Swiss cheese on them.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill as well.
- While the burgers are cooking, take a skillet and pour in the olive oil and mushrooms.
- Saute until mushrooms are cooked.
- To build the burger, take a hamburger bun, put a patty with cheese on it, and top with sauteed mushrooms.
- Follow that with French Fried Onions, then pour on the barbecue sauce.
