Chicken And Rice Recipe

  1. Bake chicken in covered dish with no salt added, with 1/4 c. water at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  2. Remove from oven and drain and measure broth under chicken, add in sufficient water to this broth so which you have 2 1/4 c. liquid.
  3. Put both liquid, rice, bouillon cubes, onion, celery in baking dish and stir around till bouillon cubes are mashed up.
  4. Put chicken on top of all this, sprinkle on pepper, poultry seasoning (don't add in any salt because bouillon cubes are salty).
  5. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
  6. Serves 4.
