Homemade Waffle, Shortcake, Biscuit Mix Recipe

• 2 c. high quality shortening
• 9 c. sifted flour
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 1/4 c. baking pwdr

1. Combine sifted flour, baking pwdr, and salt.
2. Stir well.
3. Sift into a large bowl or possibly large pan.
4. Add in shortening.
5. Use fingertips or possibly pastry blender to distribute shortening throughout dry ingredients till the mix resembles coarse cornmeal.
6. The Homemade Mix is now ready to use or possibly store in a closed container of your pantry shelf.
