Speedy Mexican Skillet

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add onions and peppers; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. Add tomatoes, beans, corn and salsa; mix well.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Stir in chips; simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min.
  6. or until most the liquid is cooked off, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
