Cream Cheese Corn
- 1 can whole kernal corn, drained
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/4 cup jalapenos, diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- heat butter, cream cheese, and sugar.
- be careful not to burn it
- add drained corn to cream cheese mixture, stirring well so that it doesn't burn
- add diced jalapenos, salt, and pepper to taste
- cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently
