BAKER'S Bunny Brownies
- 1 oz. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup White Chocolate-Coconut Frosting
- 1/4 cup white decorating icing
- 4 tsp. black decorating gel
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
- Grease foil.
- Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or until butter is melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Add sugar; stir until well blended.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in flour and pecans until well blended.
- Spread into prepared pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- (Do not overbake.)
- Cool in pan.
- Run knife around edge of pan to loosen brownies from sides.
- Lift brownies from pan, using foil handles.
- Place brownies on cutting board.
- Remove foil and cut with cookie cutter into bunny shapes.
- Frost each bunny with 1 Tbsp.
- White Chocolate Coconut Frosting.
- Refrigerate bunnies 10 min.
- to set frosting.
- Decorate with white icing for the tails and black decorating gel for the eyes.
