Oriental Veggie Toss
- 1 gal. fresh broccoli, cut into small florets
- 3 qt. red peppers, cut into strips
- 1-1/2 qt. carrots, julienned
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1-1/2 qt. canned sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 3 cups KRAFT Light CATALINA Reduced Fat Dressing
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- Stir-fry broccoli, peppers and carrots in hot oil in large saute pan 6 to 8 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through.
