Crumb Muffins with OREO
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups OREO Pieces-Medium
- 1-1/2 qt. OREO Pieces-Large
- - Prepared plain muffin mix batter
- Mix flour and brown sugar in large bowl.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in Medium Crunch OREO Pieces.
- Fold Large Crunch OREO Pieces into muffin batter.
- Portion batter into greased or paper- lined 2-1/2 inch muffin cups, using #20 scoop.
- Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp.
- of the crumb mixture.
- Bake as directed on package.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
