Hawaiian Chicken
- 2 (16 ounce) packages chicken drumsticks or 2 (16 ounce) packages boneless skinless chicken breasts or 2 (16 ounce) packages boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 8 -10 ounces golden brown sugar
- 6 -8 ounces soy sauce (enough to cover bottom of crock pot, approx 1-2 inches deep)
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- Mix soy sauce and cooking wine in crockpot and begin warming.
- Once soy sauce and cooking wine are warm mix in brown sugar
- Once brown sugar is melted completely add chicken
- Let cook all day on low in crock pot.
- Service with rice.
