Cannoli with Chocolate Drizzle

  1. In a food processor add ricotta, sugar, goat cheese, orange zest and vanilla.
  2. Pulse until incorporated, do not over mix.
  3. Place filling into a resealable plastic bag and cut the tip off to create a piping bag.
  4. Fill each shell with the cannoli filling and drizzle with melted chocolate.
