Bar B Que Meatballs Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean grnd beef
- 1 med. green pepper
- 1 med. onion
- Hickory Smoke Bar-B-Que Sauce
- Crushed crackers, oatmeal or possibly bread crumbs
- Mix all ingredients to the consistency of meatloaf, being careful not to leave it too wet.
- Roll (with hands) into golf ball size meatballs.
- Bake on 350 degrees till brown, usually 25 to 30 min.
- These do best on cookie sheet with a small edge.
- Tip: Line your pan with foil - makes clean up a breeze!
