Sara's Lamburgers
- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 12 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons mint jelly
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 hamburger buns
- 3 cups Baby Spinach
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- olive oil, extra
- Mix the first 6 ingredients together, and form into 6 burgers.
- Heat the oil in a large pan or on the BBQ and cook each side until browned.
- When cooked, place in a dish and cover with foil to keep them warm.
- Split the buns in half, and brush with olive oil.
- Place face down on the pan or grill, and cook until the bread is toasted brown.
- Serve burgers on buns with baby spinach & tomato.
