Black & White Chili

  1. Cut chicken into 3/4 inch cubes
  2. Brown chicken; approx.
  3. 5 minutes
  4. Add onion, jalapeno, and minced garlic; cook for additional 2 minutes
  5. Transfer to slow cooker.
  6. Thoroughly rinse beans.
  7. Add beans, tomatoes, whole garlic, apple cider vinegar, & seasoning.
  8. Stir in broth or water.
  9. Set slow cooker temperature to low.
  10. Cook for 4-4 1/2 hours.
