Salami Quesadillas with Tomato Salsa

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Add dressing, lime zest and juice; mix lightly.
  3. Top tortillas with salami and cheese; fold in half to enclose filling.
  4. Cook in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 min.
  5. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Cut into wedges.
  7. Serve with tomato salsa.
