Raita: Yogurt Salad

  1. Place the yogurt in a fine mesh strainer set over a bowl and drain for 1 hour.
  2. Discard the liquid in the bowl.
  3. Place the drained yogurt in a medium bowl.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
  5. Place, covered, in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool and blend.
  6. Stir well and serve.
