Lazy Lasagna

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, egg product and 1 cup mozzarella; set aside.
  3. Combine sauce and crumbles; spread 1/2 onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Cover with layers of pasta and 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture; top with remaining sauce and cottage cheese mixtures.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella; cover with foil.
  6. Bake 1 hour, removing foil after 30 min.
  7. Remove from oven; let stand 10 min.
  8. before cutting to serve.
