Lazy Lasagna
- 1 container (24 oz.) low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 2 cups shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
- 2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Mix cottage cheese, egg product and 1 cup mozzarella; set aside.
- Combine sauce and crumbles; spread 1/2 onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cover with layers of pasta and 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture; top with remaining sauce and cottage cheese mixtures.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella; cover with foil.
- Bake 1 hour, removing foil after 30 min.
- Remove from oven; let stand 10 min.
- before cutting to serve.
