Broiled Sweet Potatoes Recipe

• 2 x Sweet Potatoes, cooked
• 3 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine, melted
• 1/3 c. Cornflake Crumbs
• 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

1. Cut each potato lengthwise into finger-like strips.
2. Coat with butter.
3. Combine crumbs and sugar.
4. Roll sweet potato pcs in crumb mix.
5. Broil 3 inches from flame till lightly brown.
