Chicken Taco Salad
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1-1/2 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Taco Cheese
- Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 min.
- or until done.
- Add dressing and salsa; stir until blended.
- Cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Place 2 cups lettuce on each of 4 plates; sprinkle evenly with chips.
- Top with chicken mixture and cheese.
