Spiked Orange Chicken Breast

  1. Coat a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and bring to medium high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to the hot pan.
  3. Cook 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Turn chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to medium low and add all remaining ingredients.
  6. Cook 3-4 minutes until all ingredients are warmed, thickened, and well incorporated.
  7. Serve with the orange mixture.
