Polly'S Fruit Pizza
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- assorted sliced fresh fruit
- Press dough into a cookie sheet with sides.
- Cold dough is easier to work with.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let cool. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
- Spread over cooked crust.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly, 1/2 cup sugar, the orange and lemon juice and the cornstarch.
- Let cool to lukewarm.
- Place a variety of sliced fresh fruit such as kiwi, strawberries, peaches, grapes, etc. over the crust.
- Cover with the fruit juice mixture.
- Chill at least 4 hours.
