Gorgonzola Bites
- 1 loaf Baguette, Sliced Thinly, Buttered And Toasted
- 8 ounces, weight Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/2 cups Chopped, Toasted Pecans
- Lay toasted baguette slices on serving tray.
- Sprinkle cheese over each piece.
- Next, layer chopped pecans.
- Now, drizzle each piece with honey.
- You may substitute other cheeses or nuts to this great appetizer.
