Hashbrowns & Turkey Italian Sausage

  1. In a large skillet, fry sausage until brown.
  2. Remove from pan; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the 2 tablespoons canola oil.
  4. Add in the hashbrowns and fry, flipping & stirring occasionally until all is brown.
  5. Reduce heat to low-medium; add the sausage back into the pan and mix with hashbrowns.
  6. Top with cheese and continue to heat until the cheese is melted.
